With my Class 1 trucker's licence, my years elbow-deep in heavy-duty mechanics and my construction experience, I know exactly what it means when a system crashes in the truck at 6 a.m. while ten guys wait for their work orders. The mobile interface, instinctive dispatch and smooth field operations — that's my department. I built Wizard Ops because I was sick of watching local entrepreneurs get bled by subscriptions for bloated software designed by people who've never worn steel-toe boots. »
